1Spacious townhouse located in the exclusive area of Can Pep Simo, near Talamanca beach and the city of Ibiza.
The ports of Marina Botafoch and Marina Ibiza are in front view. The old Ibiza castle can be seen from the house as well as the ocean and the island of Formentera.
The property is completely private and built within a complex of 4 units. In the upper part is a large living room with a dining table and a large terrace with an incredible view of Ibiza's Castle, the bay of Talamanca and the blue of the Mediterranean Sea.
This three- floor property it is perfect for both winter and summer. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen that overlooks the internal terrace and the private pool as well as a pleasant shaded area around a flowered garden.
There are also two double bedrooms and one single, with two bathrooms respectively. On the lower floor there is also the last double bedroom with private bathroom.
